Scholarship Program

Rooted In Play Outdoor Learning is passionate about getting all families learning outdoors together.

If you are in need of the financial support of a scholarship for the Fall 2025 season, please read below to learn more and click the link at the bottom of this page to apply. All responses remain confidential, and no financial information is required.

Application deadline for Fall 2025 is Friday, August 15th.

AVAILABILITY
This season, there are a total of 10 scholarships currently available. Five children (1 child per class) will receive 50% off the tuition for a full semester class, and five children (1 child per class) will receive 100% off the tuition for a full semester class.  

SELECTION
Fall scholarships will be selected on Monday, August 18th. If you are selected, you must respond and complete your enrollment within 48 hours. All other applicants will be added to the wait list and will receive a special discount code. If the original scholarship recipient declines or does not confirm their scholarship, waitlisted families will be contacted in date order.

ADDITIONAL INFO
All applicants must be Utah state residents to participate in the scholarship program. Class Packs are excluded from the scholarship program. Scholarships can only be awarded to ONE child per family. If you are enrolling any additional children, the second child can be enrolled at the regular rate, and any additional children will receive the sibling discount. If you have been selected and your preferred class day/time does not meet minimum enrollment, your scholarship will carry over into the following season. Scholarships cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
